The Perimenopause Package

This programme is for you if :

  • you would like to optimise your hormonal health (whether or not you intend to start HRT),

  • you have stopped taking HRT and would like to explore how to successfully navigate the re-introduction of your HRT.

WHAT THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

5 x one-to-one 30 minute sessions with Caroline over ten weeks,

A thorough review of all the physiological mechanisms which are exacerbating your perimenopause or menopause symptoms,

Personalised and effective strategies to target your symptoms,

Analysis of your Lifecode Gx Hormones Panel to optimise your hormonal health for many decades to come,

Letter to your GP or Menopause Doctor (as required),

A carefully tailored supplements protocol (as appropriate).


HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS:

On your free Zoom call with me, we will book your first 30 minute session. Before your first session, I will ask you complete my intake forms and a 3 day diet diary. We will spend our time together identifying what is making your perimenopause or menopause more challenging and putting strategies in place to help you to feel better and back in control. I will be there to support you throughout the programme. My aim is to be thorough, realistic and effective. 

WHAT THE PROGRAMME COSTS:

£495 for 5 x one-to-one 30 minute sessions with Caroline over ten weeks.

£200 for your Lifecode Gx Hormones Panel (paid directly to Lifecode Gx).

Please note that any supplements or additional testing are not included and payment for these will be made directly to the dispensing or testing company.
