WHAT THE PROGRAMME INCLUDES:

1 x 45 minute initial session one-to-one with me via Zoom,

2 x 30 minute follow up one-to-one sessions with me via Zoom,

A written record of your personal targets between sessions,

Email contact between sessions.

WHAT THE PROGRAMME COSTS:

£295.

HOW THE PROGRAMME WORKS:

The gateway is to book a free Zoom call with me when I will briefly assess your suitability for the programme (e.g. will any medication be affected by changing your eating habits?) and we will book your first 30 minute session.

I will then send you an intake questionnaire and a 3 day diet and lifestyle diary to fill in before our first session which will last 45 minutes. It’ll take about 15 minutes to fill in these documents.

I will use your intake questionnaire to help you make the connections between what you eat and how you are feeling.

At sessions 2 and 3, we will return to the intake questionnaire and use it to keep track of the symptoms that are falling away as you make changes to what you eat.

At the end of each session I will send you a written record of what we discussed with clear guidance as to the goal for the coming fortnight.

Before sessions 2 and 3, I will send you another 3 day diet and lifestyle to complete, so that we can track your progress.

The goal at the end of the month is that you know how to eat, what to eat and when to eat to live a happier and easier life.

The programme runs throughout the year as it works so well as either a standalone programme or as a foundation for more complex cases.
