Power Hours

WHAT THE POWER HOUR INCLUDES:

One 60 minute consultation,

Careful evaluation of your circumstances before we meet - I will ask you to complete 5 intake forms which allows me to really get to grips with the triggers for your health concerns,

Clear written materials tailored to your individual needs to support you in achieving your health goals,

Advice as to testing,

Letter to your GP (as required),

Interpretation of any test results (including recent GP or Consultant-led testing),

A carefully tailored supplements protocol (as appropriate).

AREAS OF SPECIALISM:

Perimenopause, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, migraines, hypermobility, aching joints, Histamine intolerance, suboptimal thyroid function, pre-diabetes and brain health including ADHD and cognitive decline.

INVESTMENT:

The first Power Hour: £250

Any additional 30 minute sessions: £97.50

Please note that supplements and testing are not included and payment for these will be made directly to the supplier or testing company.


HOW THE POWER HOUR WORKS:

Before our first Power Hour, I will ask you to fill in an intake questionnaire and 3 day diet and lifestyle diary and brain health assessment forms. I will ask you to provide me with copies of any recent testing undertaken by your GP or Consultant. We will then meet via Zoom for one hour and dig into the detail to identify which factors may be contributing to your health concerns.
I will make any testing recommendations which I consider may be helpful in making progress towards your goals. It will be your decision whether to undertake testing.

We will put together a strategy which fits into your schedule whilst supporting your goals.

Precisely what your strategy will involve depends on your individual circumstances and the factors which may be contributing to your health concerns. It is inevitable that change will be required because without change, things will remain the same. My aim is always to make the changes as easy, simple and effective as possible.

I will endeavour to make as much progress with you as possible in the first Power Hour. However, in complex cases, it may be necessary to spend additional time together to work towards your health goals.
