The Power of Food one-to-one programme

Tools: food only.

3 x 30 minute one-to-one sessions with Caroline spaced out over one month.

Investment: £295.

This is a great place to start if you want to see how much better your energy, sleep, mood and overall well-being can be with personalised dietary advice and support.

Power Hours

Tools: food + testing + supplements.

Power Hour no. 1: £250

Any subsequent 30 minute sessions: £97.50.

You may choose how many sessions we have together. My aim is to work as effectively and efficiently for my clients as possible. I endeavour to make as much progress with you as possible in the first Power Hour. However, in complex cases, it may be necessary to spend additional time together. 

Areas of specialism include:

  • perimenopause and menopause,

  • Long Covid,

  • Histamine Intolerance and Mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS),

  • oestrogen, progesterone and HRT intolerance,

  • long term pain including migraines,

  • long term fatigue affecting ability to work,

  • brain function including ADHD, poor memory and poor concentration,

  • thyroid function including Hashimoto’s disease,

  • joint function including Rheumatoid Arthritis,

  • pre-diabetes,

  • high blood pressure, and

  • hypermobility.

The Power Hour is also for women who are doing everything they can to support their health and yet they still feel awful.

HRT Bootcamp

Tools: food + testing + supplements.

5 x 30 minute one-to-one sessions with Caroline spaced out over six weeks.

Investment: £495 plus an optional Lifecode Gx Hormones panel (£200 paid directly to Lifecode Gx).

This is for women who would like to optimise their hormonal health, diet, sleep, brain function and stress resilience prior to deciding whether to introduce or re-introduce HRT.
